Mission
Access Law exists to provide professional legal services to middle-income Canadians, including litigation services.
Vision
Access Law will achieve its mission by operationalizing and streamlining legal services to compete on cost.
Pricing Advantage
As Access Law moves forward, I will be experimenting with different pricing models. But for now, my hourly rate is $220/hour. This is highly competitive (my rate at a larger firm was $350/hour). I am able to bring this value by streamlining and cutting out overhead.
History
David Miksha is the sole-proprietor of Access Law. He was educated with a Bachelor of Commerce, worked in non-profits and professional services, and has seen the legal industry as both an administrator and a lawyer. He was called to the Alberta Bar in 2019, articling in family law litigation and continuing to litigate since.
